Terms and Conditions

Payments of Tuition Fees
A 10% deposit will be requested at the time of registration. Except where a payment plan has been agreed, all tuition fees will be paid in full BEFORE your programme begins. The Early Bird discount (10%) will be given when tuition is paid in full, 6 weeks before the programme begins. A discount will apply for 3 or more registrants from one company in one programmme. A payment plan will be made available for each programme, please ask for details. For corporate group bookings where your “training budget year” sits outside our payment parameters contact us to create a solution. Other discounts may be applied at the discretion of the owners from time to time. Payment may be made by cheque, direct bank deposit or credit card.

Withdrawals and Refunds
Course cancellations: If Cause Coaching cancels your course we will refund your fees in full. 
Refund:
 Please choose carefully. Once processed your course fee will not be refunded if you change your mind or your circumstances change. If a transfer is required due to a change in your circumstances Coaching Pacific will make every effort to arrange an alternative programme for you.
Deposit only paid/ Withdrawals: If you withdraw from a programme commencing in more than 14 days your deposit will be returned less a $100 processing fee. If you withdraw from a programme commencing in less than 14 days your deposit is non-refundable.
Transfer: Transfers to other courses may be organised. You must provide notice in writing at least 5 working days prior to commencement of the course for which you are registered. A $100 processing fee will apply.

Student Conduct
Each student is expected to abide by the ICF Code of Ethics and Professional Standards from the beginning, and throughout their training. Verbal abuse of fellow students or trainers and/or using alcohol or drugs during the training sessions will result in the offending student(s) being removed from the programme.
