Lisa Mullions | Accredited Certified Coach (ACC)

Lisa is a people work and culture coach who through her portfolio of work and projects strategically maps individual capacity and supports capability development for people. Lisa has a Master’s degree in People and Employment (AUT University), is a certified practitioner of The Map of Meaning (meaningful work, life and study) and is Alumni of our sister company Coaching Pacific completing the EOCC programme in 2014.

Lisa recently attained her ACC credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Lisa’s strengths are her ability to coach people through difficult contexts (with a focus on personal and employment) towards outcomes of self power, a rebalancing of power relations issues, self-leadership and the champions self ownership of one’s capacity and capabilities through self-identification and experience of the full self in all aspects of life. Lisa views life through a futurist lens and considers herself a practical strategist and an avid continuous learner.

Lisa practices mindfulness, is a spiritual seeker, a creative advocate and dances for healing and wellbeing. Lisa is passionate about social justice issues and supports many causes in her voluntary work for members of communities particularly around employment, diversity and power imbalance contexts. Lisa lives in Auckland, New Zealand and has three gorgeous children who inspire her to live intentionally, compassionately and always with aroha.
