All of the Cause team are fully accredited ICF (International Coach Federation) coaches who between them have 1,000s of hours of coaching experience.
We are also proud to have a member of the team who gained their coaching credentials via our EOCC course and successfully changed their career to become a professional coach.
If you want an enthusiastic, professional, experienced team of coaches to either be coached by or to learn how to be a coach then you do not need to look any further.
What is ICF Accreditation?
The International Coach federation (ICF) is the leading global organization for coaches, with over 35,000 international members. It exists to advance the coaching profession by setting high ethical standards, providing independent certification, and building a worldwide network of credentialed coaches.
All of our coaches are ICF accredited coaches and our coach training that we deliver is also accredited by the ICF. The levels of accreditation by the ICF are:
ACC: Associate Certified Coach: 100+ hours coaching experience
PCC: Professional Certified Coach: 500+ hours coaching experience
MCC: Master Certified Coach: 2500+ hours coaching experience
By completing our Executive and Organisational Coaching Certificate you will be able to work towards a full ACC accreditation by having our ACSTH (Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours) status. You will then need to log 100 hours of Coaching outside of the training, gain 10 hours of Mentoring from a ICF qualified Coach (7 hours of which can be completed in a group-see our offer for this); submit a recording of your coaching with your application; and pass an online test, the “Coach Knowledge Assessment” or CKA. We will support you all the way.
