Andy Britton | Associate Certified Coach (ACC)

Andy is a professional coach, a Chartered Accountant and was an audit partner with PWC, specialising in managing risk and training for inter and intra-personal skills building. Andy is the co-owner of Coaching Pacific Limited and helps to develop the brand by building excellent relationships around NZ, Australia and into the UK Andy is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) in both Australasia and the UK, a member of the institute of Directors and a member of the lnternational Coach Federation.

With a BSc from UEA (UK) in Environmental Science Andy worked as an environmental health officer for Bristol City Council (UK) before training as a Chartered Accountant and becoming a partner with PWC, where he led internal and external audits and developed training for 16 years. Clients included Refining NZ, Hallensteins, NZ customs, University of Auckland, Michael Hill Jewellers, and Northland Regional Council.

At PWC Andy designed, developed and delivered numerous training programmes for technical individual and leadership development including creating coaching courses with Dr Sven Hansen of the Resilience institute. Post pWC Andy has specialized in executive coaching, professional mentoring, training and risk management. He has served on five boards as chair – including the Northland Regional Council Community Trust, Enterprise Northland and Destination Northland. Andy recently contracted as the Chief Business Development Operations Director at Northland Polytechnic.
